Hi! I'm a real person, not an AI shop! Welcome to my little corner of the internet known as
Nicky Rowe Studio :). Some people call me Nicky, other people call me Nicole. Both work just
fine for me.

I am a mother and wife, and I used to work in the personal care industry, which I loved very
much! Now, I'm in my motherhood era and I needed more flexible employment that worked
with my family's schedule, so I learned everything I could teach myself about sewing &
machine embroidery.

I would describe myself as a self-taught fiber artist, and my main focus is machine embroidery
art and bag making. The bulk of my commissions include pet portraits, handmade bags, and
other work like children's art made into wearable keepsakes and functional art. I love making
these personalized & custom pieces because of the genuine happiness and comfort they bring
to people.

Every order is completely human designed by me and handmade as much as possible. I do not
hire outside digitizers and I do everything in-house. That means that every order is custom
digitized and hand-drawn by me, and I am staunchly ANTI-GENERATIVE AI. I do not use
generative AI, automatic art programs, and any shortcuts that take away from my artistic
process at any point in my workflow.

Every order in my studio is important to me, and I strive to make sure all of my customers
receive a one-of-a-kind treasure that is also functional art.
