Shipping & Processing Policy

Thank you for supporting my shop! Please review the processing timelines and shipping terms below before placing your 

order.

Processing Times

Because every item in my shop requires design approvals and custom crafting, orders take time to prepare:

  • Standard Timeline: Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be processed, created, and packaged.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Processing times can be adjusted on an individual basis if discussed and agreed upon with you  beforehand.
  • Holiday & High-Volume Seasons: During busy times (such as the holidays), processing times may be extended. We will always clearly post notices on our shop homepage and checkout screen if current volumes require an extended timeline.

Note: Your processing time begins the day you place the order. If multiple rounds of design revisions are required, this may extend the processing time & delivery time.

📦 Shipping & Delivery (US Only)

  • Destination: We ship exclusively within the United States.
  • Tracking: Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. I mainly ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Carrier Delays: While we guarantee your order will ship within our stated processing window, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or weather.
