By purchasing from our shop, you explicitly agree to the following legal terms, disclaimers, and conditions.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your purchase, use, or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the exact dollar amount you paid to us for the product in question.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and strictly refuse to create embroidery designs using images, logos, characters, or artwork protected by copyright or trademark unless you are the rightful owner or hold an official license.

By submitting any digital artwork, image, logo, sketch, or text to us for a custom order, you warrant and represent that you own the copyright or have explicit, legal permission from the copyright owner to use and reproduce that image. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our shop from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of any copyright or trademark infringement claims resulting from the artwork you provided.

3. Design Approval & Accuracy Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all text, spelling, thread colors, and layout configurations in the digital embroidery proof before granting final approval. Because our items are custom-made, we are not liable for any errors, typos, or design flaws once the proof has been formally approved by you.

4. Third-Party Carrier & Shipping Disclaimer

All purchases are made pursuant to a standard shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass directly to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We are not responsible for packages stolen after verified delivery, lost by the carrier, or delayed due to weather and carrier transit issues.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under these terms must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Ohio.
